Please review the following policies before booking to ensure a smooth experience for all clients.
Arriving To Your Appointment
- Attire: Please do not arrive in pajamas, as we may capture photos during your visit.
- Hair Preparation: Arrive with your hair clean, dry, and natural. Your hair should not be pulled back, tangled, or wet, as this affects our ability to assess your natural texture and shrinkage accurately. If extra preparation time is required due to tangles or other issues, an appointment may need to be rescheduled, depending on availability.
Children and Guests
- Due to limited space, guests are not allowed in the service suite. However, a waiting area is available for one guest per client.
- Children ages 5 and up receiving services must be accompanied by a guardian at all times.
Financial Policies
Cancellation Policy:
A 48-hour notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee based on the appointment time reserved. Exceptions may be granted for emergencies, but please communicate as soon as possible if you encounter an issue.
No-Show Policy:
No-shows will incur a cost for the missed appointment and will require a deposit for any future bookings. Repeat no-shows may be restricted from booking further appointments at Curl Euphoria.
Late Arrival:
A 20-minute grace period is allowed, but part of your service may be forfeited to maintain timing for subsequent clients. If rescheduling is needed due to lateness, a deposit may be required. For cancellations following this, please refer to the cancellation policy.
Refund Policy:
Refunds are not issued. However, clients have a one-week period post-service to communicate any reasonable concerns. Adjustments or corrections will be made for genuine issues such as uneven color application, noticeable patchiness, or blending concerns.
Please note that requests for changes due to personal preference shifts or a desire for a different color or style from what was initially decided are considered new services and are not covered by the adjustment policy.
